现场真人直播Typically this training is done directly with the customer’s machine either before shipment or in the field. The objective is to familiarize personnel with the operations, procedures and terminology of the new equipment. Operators will be able to correctly startup and shut down the equipment. Operators will also be able to identify faults and jams, as well as how to rectify these situations and restart the equipment. Training generally lasts 4-8 hours. To ensure thoroughness and clarity, classes should be limited to five participants. Operator Training takes place at the machine in its entirety.
The objective of the Mechanical Technician training is to familiarize technicians with the various systems utilized on the U.S. Bottlers supplied equipment. In addition to understanding how to operate the U.S. Bottlers supplied equipment, the technicians will be able to identify problems, troubleshoot systems, perform changeovers and replace components. As a prerequisite, Mechanical Technicians should have experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, pneumatic systems as well as experience in identifying components in PLC-based machinery. This training should be expected to last 2-3 Days. Mechanical training classes should be limited to five persons per class. Half of this training will be at the machine, while the remaining half occurs in a classroom setting.
The objective of the Electrical Technicians training is to familiarize technicians with the various systems utilized on the U.S. Bottlers supplied equipment. In addition to understanding how to operate the U.S. Bottlers supplied equipment, technicians will be able to identify problems, troubleshoot systems and circuitry, and troubleshoot machinery using programs. As a prerequisite Electrical Technicians should have experience troubleshooting electrical systems, understand PLC ladder logic, and using drive systems. In some areas (PLC, Drives, etc.) more extensive training is available. This training should be expected to last 2 – 3 days. Electrical training classes should be limited to five persons per class. Half of this training will be at the machine, while the remaining half occurs in a classroom setting.
